Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of PlasmaLedger. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

What PlasmaLedger is

An independent, informational directory of plasma donation centers in the United States. We publish locations, addresses, opening hours, phone numbers, operator information and donor-reported compensation figures so you can compare options before you travel.

We are a reference source. We do not operate donation centers, employ their staff, schedule appointments, screen donors or pay donors.

Not medical advice

Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here is a medical opinion about you.

Plasma donation is a medical procedure. Eligibility is decided by the collection center's own screening on the day, applying federal requirements and that operator's policies. Meeting the general criteria described anywhere on this site does not mean you will be accepted, and being deferred does not mean anything is wrong with you.

If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concern about donating, speak to a qualified healthcare professional and to the center's medical staff. Do not rely on this site to make a decision about your health.

No affiliation with the operators

PlasmaLedger is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for CSL Plasma, BioLife Plasma Services, Grifols, Octapharma Plasma, KEDPlasma, Biomat USA, Parachute, Freedom Plasma, ImmunoTek, ADMA BioCenters or any other operator listed.

Company and center names, and any trade marks, belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the business a listing refers to. Listing a center is a description, not a recommendation, and its absence is not a judgement.

About the information, and its limits

Directory content is compiled from operator sources and public listings, and donor-reported figures come from donors rather than from the companies. We work to keep it accurate and we show a verification date where we have one, but we cannot guarantee that any particular detail is current or complete.

Compensation figures are reported, not promised. A new-donor bonus is typically a total paid across your first several donations, not a per-visit rate, and it varies by location, donor status, weight bracket and whatever promotion is running. Where a figure comes from a single report we say so. Nobody on this site can commit an operator to paying you anything.

Hours, addresses, phone numbers and open/closed status change. Confirm directly with the center before travelling. A center appearing here does not mean it is open, accepting new donors, or still in business.

If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will look into it.

Using the site

Please use PlasmaLedger for its purpose: finding and comparing donation centers. Do not scrape or bulk-extract the directory, resell it, attempt to breach the administration area, interfere with the service, or use the content to mislead anyone about a business.

Our content

The organisation, written explanation, comparisons and presentation on this site are ours. Underlying facts — an address, a phone number, an opening time — are facts and nobody owns them. Please do not republish our compiled directory wholesale.

Links out

We link to operator websites, mapping services and authoritative health sources. Those are not under our control and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PlasmaLedger is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on anything published here, or from your dealings with any donation center. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change and material revisions will be described on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
